TCIA is building toward a future where every tree care company, from solo operators to large corporate teams, has the resources, training, and support it needs to run a safe, professional, and thriving business. As our membership grows, so does the collective strength and credibility of the industry we represent.
Our 3-Year Picture
Over the next three years, TCIA is focused on strengthening the foundation that makes membership valuable: deepening engagement with the resources we offer, growing and retaining a strong base of active and corporate members, and making sure the industry’s voice is heard where it matters most. Serving on TCIA’s Board means helping steer that work.
What does it look like?
To achieve this, the TCIA Board of Directors and the TCIA leadership team develop high-level strategic goals called “gamechangers” that outline top priorities and resource allocation for the organization. Past gamechangers have included things such as strategic data usage for decision making, pivoting membership and marketing strategy to meet member needs, or developing corporate member campaigns to deepen relationships.
